In case you’re wondering what a galette is, it’s a savory cousin of the crepe. Our savory recipe comes from Brittany, France and is made with gluten-free buckwheat flour. We aren’t just in the crepe-making business. We’re in the French-making business, which means you’ll be transported to France through our food and everything we do.

Our thin, delicate, and slightly crispy crepes are made from scratch with only the finest all-natural and organic ingredients. That’s why our menu changes seasonally to reflect the produce that we hand-pick at the local farmer’s market. We guarantee that our kitchen is free of antibiotics, hormones, and nitrates. Our menu includes a wide range of authentic French pastries, meringue-based macaroons, quiches, and sweet and savory tarts. We also have an extensive drop-off catering service. Crepe-making classes and French lessons are also available.
